Lose weight with Natural Fruit


We all know that fruit and vegetables are good for us. However, you know, few fruit are especially good for health as well as help to lose weight.


Blueberries
Add blueberries in your meal plan. Studies have discovered many health benefits from eating blueberries. It is one of the richest sources of antioxidants of the fruit. It helps to prevent damage and disease to your body. Research has also found that blueberries can help to keep away wrinkles and can even slow down mental ageing! Simply sprinkle them on your cereal or have them as part of your lunch, and you may soon be sporting a slimmer figure.

Oranges
Oranges are one of the best superfoods to enjoy in the summer. Not only do they help protect against cancer, heart disease, infections and inflammations, they are also reported to help lower cholesterol, reduce blood pressure and conrtain plenty of vitamin C to stave off colds. Plus a medium orange has just 56 calories and only a trace of fat.

Strawberries
The perfect summer treat, strawberries are a eater based fruit and therefore low in calories just 27 for large portion. They are packed with lots of vitamin D. Research shows that people who eat lots of fruit tend to be better at maintaining a healthy weight. Just don’t pile on loads of cream!

Bananas
Bananas may be one of the best fruits to eat when attempting to lose weight, but they contain more calories than other fruit, they are excellent for refeulling before, during or after exercise. And they’re packed with potassium, which helps lower blood pressure, and contain plenty of vitamin B6 for healthier looking skin and hair.

Raspberries
The delicious berries are high in fibre, iron, patassium, and vitamins A and C. Rasberries also contain natural compounds which help fight against heart disease and apparently help to reduce the risk of cancer.
